You are unique and your practice should be too! Private sessions allow us to work together toward your precise goals, whether you want to improve sleep, pick up your grandkids, stand on your head, or learn how to meditate.
Many beginners prefer to work privately because they feel awkward, intimidated or overwhelmed when they are starting a yoga practice. Some clients have specific injuries or challenges that require more individualized instruction than is available in a class. Often, several private sessions will give you the confidence and foundation to feel comfortable in group classes. We also have students who simply prefer personalized attention and work privately on a regular basis.
